1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, name (if given) and sign-in method (email/password or Google).

Content you submit: the product ideas and answers you enter into the Catch form, and the reports generated from them.

Purchase data: order records, Stripe payment references and amounts. We do not see or store your full card details; these are handled by Stripe.

Affiliate data: referral codes, attribution records, commissions and payout records if you take part in the affiliate programme.

Usage data: basic analytics events and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the service: create your account, produce your analysis, unlock paid reports after confirmed payment, and show your dashboard.

To process payments, track affiliate referrals, calculate commissions and prevent fraud or abuse.

To respond to support requests and to improve the product.

3. AI processing

The information you enter in the Catch form is sent to an AI service to generate your analysis. Please do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential information belonging to others.

4. Who we share data with

We use service providers to run Product Catcher Pro, including hosting and database/authentication providers, Stripe for payments, and an AI provider for analysis. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and saved ideas, subject to records we must legally retain.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Security

We use access controls so users can only see their own records, and keep secret keys on the server. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
