Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of the Product Catcher Pro full report.

1. Digital content

The full report is digital content delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. By buying it you ask for immediate delivery and, once the report has been generated and unlocked, you may lose your statutory right to cancel.

2. If something goes wrong

If you were charged but your report did not unlock, or the report failed to generate, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Other refund requests are considered individually.

3. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.

4. How refunds work

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within a few working days, depending on your bank. If a purchase was made through an affiliate link, the related commission is cancelled when the order is refunded.
