These terms apply to your use of Product Catcher Pro, provided by WIN With Lee Limited. By creating an account or buying a report you agree to them.

1. The service

Product Catcher Pro gives a structured, AI-generated assessment of the product idea information you supply, using the WIN Catcher Framework. A limited free analysis is available; the full report is a one-time purchase (not a subscription).

2. No guarantees

Reports are based only on what you enter. They are not financial, legal or business advice and do not predict or guarantee sales, revenue, profit, customers or demand. Any market claims are assumptions to validate yourself. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. A paid report is unlocked only once your payment is confirmed by Stripe, which may take a short time.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas you enter. You give us permission to process them to provide your analysis. You confirm you have the right to submit them and that they are lawful.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, abuse referral or affiliate tracking, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Product Catcher Pro name, WIN Catcher Framework, branding and site content belong to WIN With Lee Limited. Your reports are for your own use.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or business losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant report.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
